Two articles that I think should be read together to appreciate the links between rigorous ‘technology base’ and regressive ‘base thought’, and the implications for modern society.

These are by Greg Ip (Chief Economics Editor) and John Ellis (Professor Emeritus University of California) both writing at the World’s Sensible Journal.

Please note: I delete ‘news’ and ‘media’ posts/notes after 72 hours so as to keep the flow of Social Science Files focused on the History of Society, which is not ready yet to consider the evolutionary malaise of type 8.
